Terms of Service

By using InboxClean you agree to these terms. The service validates email addresses you are legally entitled to process.

Acceptable use

You confirm you have a lawful basis to process the addresses you upload. You must not use InboxClean to support spam, harassment, or any activity that violates the recipients' rights or applicable anti-spam law.

No deliverability guarantee

Validation reduces bounces but cannot guarantee delivery; mailbox state can change after a check. Results are provided on a best-effort basis.

Plans & quotas

Each plan includes a monthly validation quota. Exceeding the quota requires an upgrade. Quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Liability

InboxClean is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.
