Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay. The free tier lets you test validation quality on up to 100 emails per month at no cost.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 10% of your monthly validation quota, email billing@inboxclean.app for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay/Stripe.

Service credits

If validations fail due to an outage on our side, we issue pro-rated service credits on request.
