Privacy Policy

InboxClean ("we") helps you validate email addresses. We take data protection seriously and handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and the GDPR where applicable.

What we process

Email addresses you upload are processed solely to return validation results. For free scans, uploaded lists are processed in-memory and are not persisted to long-term storage. Account data (your email, billing details) is stored to operate your subscription.

What we never do

We never sell your lists, never email the addresses you validate, and never use your uploaded data to train models.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@inboxclean.app. We respond within 30 days.

Sub-processors

Payments are handled by Razorpay and Stripe; hosting is on our own infrastructure. We perform DNS (MX) lookups against public records to verify mail servers.
